International Workshop. The perception of the Others: comparing Chinese, Arabic and Persian sources.

From November 28th to 29th, 2023, an interdisciplinary conference is set to take place at the venue of Distu Department in the University of Tuscia. The conference topic will be “The
perception of the Others”. Scholars focusing on Chinese, Arabic
and Persian sources will share suggestions about the representations of the Others, in order to reflect on the perception and on the image of the Chinese culture in Arabic and Persian texts and vice-versa.
