DESCRIPTION:Managing the Challenges for a Better World \nZhang Yunling \nAs the world undergoes major changes\, including the emergence of developing countries and a technological revolution\, Zhang Yunling shares his views on what this means for the future of the global system and global governance.New challenges are emerging. Power shifts and strategic competition can lead to uncertainty\, confrontation and even war.
